Anheuser-Bush InBev in Germany is involved in all key areas of the German beer market, both geographically and in terms of its product range. Beck’s is the most popular brand in Germany and market leader in the six pack field. hempfprigge* has supported the Bremen brewery since 2007 with various activities in the fields of sales promotion, sampling and taste testing.

Taste the world

After a very successful sampling campaign for the introduction of the new “Taste the World” product line in 2015, the Beck’s family grew again in 2016: Beck’s Red Ale, based on Irish brewing tradition and with a great malty taste, has become the fourth Taste the World product to enter stores. Together with Beck’s, hempfprigge* carried out a ten week tasting and sales campaign in Bremen, Hamburg and Berlin in time for the product launch. With a real wood mobile bar designed and produced by hempfprigge* and a thoroughly successful Irish pub style appearance, the campaign was an outstanding success with both retailers and consumers.

Taste the world

The introduction of a new product line is the perfect time for an attention grabbing promotional campaign. The introduction of the three new Beck’s Taste the World products provided the opportunity to hitch onto the prior success of the collaboration between Beck’s and hempfprigge*. In keeping with the “Taste the World” slogan, we allowed target groups in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Bremen and Munich to experience new beer worlds in offices, parks, street food markets and restaurant areas: Australian for the Amber lager, English for the Pale Ale and traditional German for the 1873 Pils.
